Connect the PDU HV cable
Bench test environment
Test steps：
1.Connect the PDU HV high-voltage differential probe to the oscilloscope and connect the current clamp to the high-voltage incoming line
2.Fix the front and rear drag hooks on the upper rotating hub and set the parameters of the rotating hub
3.Run the test conditions and save the oscilloscope data
