Familiar with theoretical knowledge such as the working mechanism of lithium batteries, battery electrodynamics and thermodynamics, thermal field relationship between battery heating and heat dissipation calculation, battery expansion force distribution and life model, as well as the main micro-failure mechanisms of batteries;

  2. Familiar with mainstream testing standards for batteries, packs, power electronics, and related fields both domestically and internationally, such as ISO, IEC, UL, SAE, GB/T, etc;

  3. Proficient in electrochemical multiphysics simulation software such as COMSOL and FLUENT, system simulation software such as SIMULINK, and general circuit simulation software such as PSPICE, LTSPICE, and MULTISIM;

  4. Possess clear logic, rigorous thinking, and the ability to write large reports or papers, with fluent English reading skills preferred;

  5. Requirements: Work conscientiously and proactively, have a strong sense of responsibility, emphasize teamwork, and possess a certain degree of stress resistance;

Job Requirements：

1. Based on internal test development projects, collaborative academic research, and customer needs, establish relevant battery simulation models and output reliable results, which can verify test results and guide battery development;

2. Responsible for interfacing with clients, interpreting their battery or pack testing schemes, translating relevant testing documents, completing the design of testing schemes, following up on on-site testing, analyzing and resolving test data and anomalies, guiding test engineers in handling corresponding issues, guiding test engineers to complete relevant tests, and writing analysis reports;

3. Responsible for conducting non-destructive analysis of failed batteries, and if necessary, performing professional destructive analyses such as disassembly, reverse discharge, and microscopic material characterization. Establish a corresponding database of failure cases and write analysis reports;

4. Combine actual test cases and battery simulation modeling results to write promotional materials for new testing technologies and equipment. Engage in dialogues with battery cell developers from leading battery cell manufacturers, testing institutions, and vehicle companies, and collaborate with the marketing team to expand and consolidate the market for equipment and testing;

5. Participate in relevant exhibitions and seminars, and cooperate with the company to expand technical cooperation with relevant technical personnel from universities, industry associations, leading battery cell manufacturers, testing institutions, and vehicle enterprises;

7. Job responsibilities:

  1. Conduct application testing for battery cells, modules, and pack charging and discharging equipment, as well as ripple equipment;

  2. Execution of bench testing for electric drive assemblies;

  3. ARC test execution;

  4. Follow up on the resolution, tracing, retesting, and closed-loop processing of testing issues;

  5. Auxiliary management work such as equipment maintenance, 6s management, and test sample management;

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, power electronics, or related fields.

2. Over 5 years of experience in the same industry.

3. Familiar with product architecture and working principles, capable of independently developing test plans and test reports.

4. Strong independent working ability, and strong ability to analyze, judge, and handle problems.

5. Work experience in charging and discharging equipment, inverter power supply, motor control, EMC, etc. is preferred.

6. Familiar with the use of relevant testing instruments, such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, voltage withstand testers, etc.

Familiarity with the control principles of high-voltage components such as motors and electronic controls is required. Familiarity with vehicle communication is also necessary.

6. Other requirements:

  1. Familiar with CAN bus system and tools: CAN, DBC, CAN-FD, Vector, CANoe, etc., with experience in failure analysis of complete vehicles or high-voltage components testing;

  2. Familiar with mainstream testing standards for new energy vehicles, power electronics, and related fields both domestically and internationally, such as ISO, IEC, UL, SAE, GB/T, etc;

  3. Master mainstream analysis, calculation, and plotting software such as Origin, Matlab, and Minitable;

  4. Possess clear logic, rigorous thinking, and the ability to write large reports or papers, with fluent English reading skills preferred;

  5. Requires conscientiousness and initiative in work, a strong sense of responsibility, emphasis on teamwork, and a certain degree of ability to withstand pressure;

Job Requirements：

1. Responsible for interfacing with customers, interpreting their requirements for electrical testing of complete vehicles or motors (electronic control/battery pack), translating relevant testing documents, following up on on-site testing, analyzing and resolving test data and anomalies, and guiding test engineers in handling corresponding issues;

2. Responsible for designing test schemes for various performance, lifespan, and safety tests, including high-voltage power consumption of the entire vehicle, functional status and reliability of high-voltage components, and lifespan under load-shedding conditions. Additionally, guide test engineers to complete relevant tests, conduct failure analysis, and write analysis reports;

3. Analyze test NG cases on the equipment after-sales site and provide support for complete vehicle testing in equipment after-sales services;

4. Responsible for interpreting the latest domestic and international testing standards for complete vehicles and high-voltage electrical systems, analyzing various practical testing cases such as load shedding and ripple injection, and providing professional advice for the development of new equipment for the company based on practical testing standards and test results;

5. Write promotional materials for new testing technologies and equipment based on actual testing cases, engage in dialogues with testing institutions and vehicle development personnel from vehicle companies, and cooperate with the marketing team to expand and consolidate the market for equipment and testing;
