2. Familiar with mainstream testing standards for batteries, packs, power electronics, and related fields both domestically and internationally, such as ISO, IEC, UL, SAE, GB/T, etc;
3. Master mainstream analysis, calculation, and plotting software such as Origin, Matlab, and Microsoft Excel;

Job Requirements:
1. Responsible for interfacing with clients, interpreting their battery or pack testing schemes, converting relevant testing documents, following up on on-site testing, analyzing and resolving test data and anomalies, and guiding test engineers in handling corresponding issues;
2. Responsible for designing testing schemes for various performance, lifespan, and safety tests of lithium batteries, including capacity, internal resistance, operating condition lifespan, overcurrent and overcharge, thermal runaway, fast charging, EIS, overdischarge and overcharge, etc., guiding test engineers to complete relevant tests, and writing analysis reports;
3. Analyze NG (Non-Conformance) cases in equipment after-sales field testing to provide support in battery mechanism for equipment after-sales services;
4. Responsible for interpreting the latest battery and pack testing standards both domestically and internationally, analyzing various practical testing cases such as charging and discharging, fast charging, and EIS, and providing professional advice for the company's new equipment development based on testing standards and test results;
5. Responsible for conducting non-destructive analysis of failed batteries, and if necessary, performing professional destructive battery analysis such as disassembly, reverse discharge, and microscopic material characterization. Establish a corresponding failure case database and write analysis reports;
6. Write promotional materials for new testing technologies and equipment based on actual testing cases, engage in dialogues with battery cell developers from leading battery cell manufacturers, testing institutions, and vehicle companies, and collaborate with the marketing team to expand and consolidate the market for equipment and testing;
7. Participate in relevant exhibitions and seminars, and cooperate with the company to expand technical cooperation relationships with relevant technical personnel from universities, industry associations, leading battery cell manufacturers, testing institutions, and vehicle enterprises;
