Aiming at the problems existing in the application of lithium-ion batteries, Xunpai Testing has developed a series of key testing technologies and formed several complete testing solutions. We provide professional testing services to support battery material development, manufacturing cost reduction, safe battery application and battery life management.
Multi-Dimensional Safety Early Warning
Realize early warning (≥30 minutes in advance) for key failures such as battery lithium plating and thermal runaway induced by internal short circuits, reducing the harm of safety accidents such as vehicle spontaneous combustion.
Low-Temperature Fast Charging Application
Equipped with an industry-leading low-temperature fast charging strategy for ultra-fast charging requirements, reducing fast charging time by ~30% and life impact by ~5%.
CCP Real Working Condition Testing
Capabilities for various working condition tests including matrix charging/discharging, working condition road spectrum discharge cycling, and alternating cycling in different seasons (different temperatures), truly restoring the acceleration mechanism of battery aging under actual vehicle application scenarios.
Specific AC-DC Coupling Working Condition Testing
Inject and superimpose characteristic ripples for various complex AC-DC coupling working conditions in actual battery use, studying their influence mechanism on battery performance.
Rapid Battery Performance Evaluation
Equipped with ppm-level UHPC technology to better quantify the degree of side reactions during battery charging and discharging, enabling screening of battery material systems, evaluation of manufacturing process stability, refined failure analysis and revision of battery model parameters.
AC Self-Heating
Our AC self-heating technology has served 90% of domestic and foreign customers, increasing the temperature rise rate from 0.6℃/min to 3℃/min.
